Question / Help Recording optimal settings

Hey. I have a PC with
• Processor: Intel Skylake, Core i3 6100 3.70GHz
• Video card: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 950 WindForce 2X OC 2GB DDR5 128-bit
• Memory: HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR4 2133MHz CL14
and a
• Monitor: LED ASUS Gaming VP228TE 21.5 inch 1ms.
I want to record games like League of Legends, Paladins, Overwatch etc. What would be the optimal settings for my PC?
P.S: Please explain to me and give me all the details. :)

Use any HW encoder available to you. Some games CPU demanding, so there is no optimal settings. Some people like FullHD and 60 fps (or 50), and some 1280x720 at 30 fps (or 25). I watch videos on YouTube only 360p (slow internet connection). Do you have statistic what video resolution in what region is most used (YouTube service, for example, and your target audience)? Anyway, it is better to have high quality recordings, so read guide posted above.
