I want OBS to record only Firefox without recording audio from other programs and also muting the audio from Firefox for me so I could multi-task while recording without any distractions.
I finally found the answer explained brilliantly in this video. You'd need VoiceMeeter Banana and Virtual Audio Cable both from VB-Audio. In Windows 10 there's a built-in audio router in the settings.
