Hey!

Long question. I have a MacBook Pro 2019 16". More specifically with these specs:

2.3GHz 8-Core Processor
1TB Storage
AMD Radeon Pro 5500M

  • 2.3GHz 8-core 9th-generation Intel Core i9 processor
  • Turbo Boost up to 4.8GHz
  • AMD Radeon Pro 5500M with 4GB of GDDR6 memory
  • 16GB of 2666MHz DDR4 memory
I am streaming, on twitch with a bitrate of 6000, and already trying to record, at a bitrate of 50000 kbits, at the same time in 1920 by 1080, what is the best quality I can get out of the recording while not banging against the encoder overload thing a lot of the time??

Thank you in advance!

Post scriptum
I have been recording during this video for about the first hour, the first part of that hour I was de-encoding the stream again cause I had it open on a webpage. I turned that off after about 20 minutes, if you want to see the video, here you go https://www.twitch.tv/videos/885246413

Nobody can tell you that for certain, because there are so many variables. How many sources, what plug-ins, filters, or other software you're running, how your system is configured. Run a bunch of tests and jack the rates up and down, see what happens. Report back your results.
