Recording not muteing audio

Hi guys!

I'm experience a problem when I should record my stream.
This is my setup:
Scene 1: Camera + audio input device to capture video + microphones.
Scene 2: Media file (video clip).

When I change to Scene 2 my audio input device is not exporting any microphones to that scene, but when I watch my recording, there are sound all over the video from my mics.

Have I set something up completely wrong, or do I have to mute my mics manually to make them disapear from the "Scene 2"?

Have you already found the answer to this question? I see, many bloggers discuss this problem on YouTube. You might not find it in a browser, but videos with instructions will be the best help in this case.
