Question / Help Recording = No Webcam Delay / Streaming + Recording = Webcam Delay on Recording

Hey guys, i've run into a weird problem where streaming + recording gives no webcam delay on the stream, but quite severe webcam delay on the recording. However, if all i do is record, then there is no webcam delay on the recording.

Has anyone ever encountered this issue?
