Question / Help Recording Multiple Windows (same program)

I am looking to record a program that runs on 2 of my 3 screens. I am using the Window Capture as the source and would like it to capture both screens at the same time (single or separate file is fine). Just as long as each is recorded.

Any tips on how to make this happen?

Generally speaking window capture usually gets main window only and not daughter windows. Workaround is display capture.
