Question / Help Recording multiple windows at once

Hello.
I can't figure out - is it possible to simultaneously record multiple windows to multiple files? I need to capture multiple running instances of a game at once.

This is not possible without running multiple instances of OBS. Be aware that most PCs can barely handing a single video encoder running, let alone two at the same time as multiple games.
