Hi,
Just installed OBS Studio and looking for a simple fix to hopefully simple problem.
Due to COVID am working from home and on a lot of MS Teams meetings.
Am recording sessions so I can check back on details ( I know MS Teams has the feature, but my work's admin has disabled the function, and I am also declaring that I am recording in each meeting).
I use a Jabra Evolve 30 USB based headset for most meeting so I dont annoy everyone at home.
I tried recording a session and the video recording quality was great - however the audio did not record.
When I happened to pull the USB head set out to check the seating of the connection, I noticed that it did record audio (head it on playback), both my voice and participants. When I plugged the headset back in, audio recording abruptly cut off.
So I am guessing if I go to the Audio tab in Settings and point it to the right combination of things, I am hoping there is a solution.
Current config has been rset to default - any ideas...??
