Question / Help Recording missing

Hi, I recently recorded a Minecraft video that was a bit over 3 hours long. When I finished recording I checked my OBS recording folder and it wasn't there. I searched my computer for the file name that appears in the log (2016-12-03 14-14-00.mp4) but nothing that was relevant showed up. I have attached the recording log for OBS and my settings. Here are the times that I started and finished recording: 14:14:00.495 - 17:34:44.770.
