Recording Minecraft with OBS Causes laggy footage and stutters. Recordings pause sometimes as well.

Hello, as stated in the title, Whenever i attempt to Record Minecraft with OBS it results in a stuttery, laggy kind of recording that paused and stuttered constantly. Here is my Log file i got from OBS. The recording also suddenly paused or stopped in the middle of Recording, with an Error message, though i forgot what the message had said.

Limit the framerate of Minecraft to 60 fps, so OBS gets enough GPU resources to do its work.
