When I start the rocrding with OBS my internet connection became instantly bad and when I stop recording my connection returns to work perfectly.

I did a lot of speed test and i changed a lot of settings but I can't fix it.
I don' use OBS for streaming but only to record my online lessons.

Plz help me!

One, going for Max Quality with such a low bitrate means those settings working against each other.
And you ignored the pinned post in this forum
Hopefully you understand that real-time video encoding is VERY computationally demanding. Low-end CPUs, especially 'U' models optimized for battery life, are not designed for the load real-time video encoding involves. I recommend monitoring hardware resource (CPU, GPU, RAM, Disk I/O, etc) utilization [for ex. using Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor] to see if your system is being maxed out with your settings

Recording itself (not streaming) won't use the Network. What is more likely is that the workload of video encoding is overloading your computer, and one of the symptoms you notice is your Internet connection (I'm guessing WiFi?).
