Bug Report Recording Lost due to Stopping Stream Issue

We've been having a ton of problems with 0.16.2, particularly involving live streams randomly stopping their output and dropping frames rapidly. We rolled back most of our systems to 0.15.4, but then we have encountered a few issues with "stopping recording" and "stopping streaming" dialogues getting stuck when internet connection becomes and issue. We are testing 0.16.0 to see if that can fit the middle between our problems.

In the meantime, we had an issue with a 0.15.4 build getting stuck at the end of a game. There is no recorded file. Does anyone know what happened here?

Here is our log file: https://gist.github.com/8e6ee22a4ed8ac2c990a3a91e82e404f

Sorry, I thought I was responding to a different thread. Same issue persists though. We cannot stream for more than 15-20 minutes on 0.16.0 or newer without massive dropped frames. 0.15.4 is the latest version that will work for us.

There was a memory leak noted at the end of the bad stream log. Also we had this issue occur on 3 separate computers streaming from 3 separate locations and they all went down at the same time...except when we rolled back 1 of them to 0.15.4. After that, the two computers on 0.16.0 stopped streaming at the same time while the 0.15.4 one kept going without issue. We rolled back the other two systems to 0.15.4 and they streamed without a problem from there on as well.
