Hi, i was thinking about recording and maybe some streaming,i have a decent pc and already figured out some things.
My pc specs are:
i5 7400
16gb RAM @ 2400mhz
GTX 1050Ti
not the most powerfull pc but i can play almost everything at constant and decent frames.
i was thinking about using the NDI plugin with a "old" laptop with an i5 4200u, 4gb RAM and a gtx740m. so i would take most of the load of the main pc while im on a game.
i think i mainly need help with the output settings
the current settings i have are:
encoder: x264(because of laptop dont have the option of nvenc and the other option is quicksync and dont know wich is better)
Rate control is CBR(again dont know wich is better to use)
and bitrate is 4500kbps
are these settings alright ? i tested recording and on the preview its a bit lagging
another question i have is if i can use an auxiliar audio cable to maybe sync the audio bettween the computers
