Hello, I am bit confused because I have recently downloaded obs. I am interested in making gaming videos, and so I started trying to make videos and the default fps cap was set to 30. I turned it up to a number over that and the recording lags, Anything with a 30 fps cap and below runs smooth at it's capped fps, but when I turn it up over 30, to like 48 fps cap, or 50, it's laggy and choppy. I have no idea what to do. I have a 2019 Imac, and I have windows bootcamp running on it. I have a game capture on the obs and set it to capture the game window that I want to record. Usually my pc has no problem running games like fortnite, valorant, minecraft, rocket league, etc. I have idea what to do. Here are my specs (forgive me if I mess up the spelling of any of the specs, I am just copying down what I see and I don't know much about computers.)

4k monitor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8500 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz
