Recording lagging, Game not

I'm trying to record MW and the recording on OBS is choppy and looks like its recording 10fps. PC specs:

intel i9-10850k
RTX 3060
32GB ram @ 3600
MSi Z590 Gaming Edge WiFi
1 500GB SSD, 1 1TB SSD

Any help would be appreciated, I've tried going through and setting my OBS up to others recommendations in the forums but nothing has worked. Windows 10 and OBS are both on the most recent version. I'll do my best to upload a log from a test I did on MW.

For recording it's adviced to use CQP intead of CBR or VBR.
The easy way is using simple output mode and select one of the presets. But if you still want to use the advanced mode, set the CQ level in a value between 23 and 15 (lower number better quality). Just test it until you get what you want and your computer allows you.

I did that and set it to 23, it's about the same even on 15, but it looked a little better on 23. It's still lagging though, doesn't appear to be more than 30fps.

Also it's not showing any logs from the tests I just did

Use the Auto-configuration wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it tells you. Restart OBS and test again.
Still recommended to use simple mode.

Did that and there was not much improvement if any. I do however have the log file from the test
