Question / Help Recording lag

Hello, so today I set up my OBS to stream a League of Legends game. To test everything out, I recorded it and watched later. The pvp.net Client runs just fine but when it comes to the game itself, it records for like a second and then freezes but I can still hear the sound of the game. After about ten seconds, the image moves for another second and freezes again. What is wrong with it?
Before recording that League of Legends game, I had recorded an Osu! game and, just llike pvp.net Client, the game was recorded well, it was smooth, there was no lag whatsoever, it was really nice. I thought it would be the same for LoL, but like I said, when I watched the recording everything was frozen except for those one second movements once in a while.

Your computer is very old. The CPU is from early 2011 and the GPU is from January 2010. Have you ever successfully used OBS Studio on this computer before? If not, I suspect that the hardware is simply too weak to game and run OBS Studio at the same time.

Your log shows a log of skipped and lagged frames, which makes me believe that the hardware is too weak or unsupported.
17:59:01.744: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 2210 (65.2%)
17:59:01.744: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 250 (7.4%)

If you'd like to try something anyway, try these settings:
Output
Output Mode: Simple
Recording Quality: Indistinguishable Quality, Large File Size
Recording Format: flv
Encoder: Software (x264 low CPU usage present, increases file size)
