Question / Help Recording lag tried everything

I set up OBS about a month ago and everything was working fine. Now all of a sudden I go to record some gameplay and all of the recordings are just a lagfest. All of my settings have remained untouched from when they were working fine and a google search hasn't really helped at all. Here is my log file if it helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where would the full log be located?

The one I've shown was the most recent one from Help>Log Files.

Never mind I've edited the post with the new log file.

Try using a better encoder like QSV.
