Question / Help Recording Isuess! Urgent!

I have tried many recording softwares and OBS is by far the best however when I go to record Minecraft, my recording comes out blurry/grainy and slightly laggy. I have had this issue for a while and require help.

As of now I am using OBS Studio, if you could recommend settings for me it would be greatly appreciated!

In settings -> output
Change recording quality to indistinguishable and recording encoder to software low cpu use.
