Question / Help Recording Issues.

Hello, over the past 3/4 days I have had the same problem over many different encoding / video settings. I used to be able to record smooth / fine with good quality on many different games.

If anybody could help me out that would be a great, this issue has become very annoying.
I would just like to be able to record smoothly with good quality.

PC SPECS -
Intel i5 4670k
AMD R7 370 GPU.

When I try to record I have either Two or Three problems

1, The Video Quality Is Low + It Lags.
2, The Video Quality Is good + It Lags
3, The Video Quality is Low + Not Much Lag.

These are my current settings.
Video -
Base - 1920x1080
Output - 1920x1080

Encoder - H264/AVC Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework)
Rescale Output - 1920x1080 (unticked)
Custom Muxer Settings - (blank)
Preset - RECORDING
Quality Preset - Quality
Rate Control Method - Variable Bitrate (Latency Constrained) VBRLAT
Pre-Pass Mode - Disabled
Target Bitrate 40,000
Peak Bitrate 40,000
Keyframe Interval 2.00
Viewmode - Basic.

try another encoder Software x264
and set recordingpath on another device

Change your output mode to simple
Recording quality to indistinguishable
Recording format back to FLV (there are precisely 0 good reasons to save directly to mp4)
Then try either the AMD H264 or the software low cpu use encoder.
