Recording Issues

Im brand new to OBS and Im having some issues both playing and editing my recorded videos. Here is the Log from my last recording. https://obsproject.com/logs/dsi7FUUvntaDs_vz

Im recording video through a MacBook Pro with an m1 processor and 16gb of ram. Video is pretty difficult to play. if you try to move around in the video it locks p. editing is impossible.

I thought it might be a machine limitation so I moved the file over to my pc(i7-8200@ 3.2, and 16gb of ram) and got the same results.

Im thinking it might be an output setting issue but I'm pretty new to this and I'm not sure where to start. video was record only, no stream. Settings are as followed

Type: standard
Recording Format: mp4 (tried mkv and same result)
audio track: 1
Encoder: Apple VT H264 hardware encoder
other options here are: Apple VT h264 software encode
AOM AV1
x264
Rescale output is unselected

Bitrare: 2500Kbps
limite bitrate unchecked
keyframe interval:0
profile: none
Use b-frames: checked


Anything I can change with any of these setting that might be the cause of my issues here? I really appreciate all the help. Thanks
