Question / Help Recording Issues need help ><!

I've been using OBS with the same settings for a very long time and just yesterday my recording had issues with the image, link below. I've tried clean install of the OBS and I've also checked my systems and they were no issues found. If anyone can help that would be awesome. Thanks guys.

Current version of OBS that I'm using : 21.0.1
