Now, as most people have had it, the game recording is fine, but the actual recording it spits out is extremely laggy!
I've tried all kinds of different settings to try to get the recording okay. Not streaming, I couldn't give a crap about streaming. Recording. I want to save the video and edit it later, but it's dang near impossible because OBS refuses to work with me! It can't even record Google Chrome without lag turning out in the recording!

I'm not really sure what this is trying to tell me. The settings might be screwed up because I tried different settings. I'm new with this, so maybe try to simplify the steps to take and be specific. Please, I'm so lost, and I just want to record mildly amusing TF2 moments.
