Hello, so to get straight into it, when i attempt to record i see performance hit in games, it plays perfectly, yet when i look back at the recording, it's stuttering and all around looks quite bad. Just curious if it's my hardware or software at fault here
So that helped quite a bit, it's no longer dropping as many frames as it was, but it's still not the smooth 60 fps that the game is being played in. Any other tips on what i should try, or will i just need a new cpu? I feel as though my Xeon is getting too old
