Question / Help Recording is stuttering and laggy

I record a video of rocket league and after i look at the video it looks all laggy, quality is fine just is very laggy


PC SPECS:

CPU: i5-6500
GPU: GTX 9602GB
MOBO: MSI Z170 PC MATE
RAM: 8GB HYPER X FURY
OS: WINDOWS 10 PRO

Thanks. In your recordings, did they look like they'd have sections where video would look like it would have a bunch of stuttering of one to two second duration each?

In your fourth recording in that log file, you had this message in the log:

21:01:02.981: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 957/1977 (48.4%)

Which was due to encoding lag. It's possible that at the time something else was eating up a lot of your CPU. I'm not sure because your other recording sessions didn't have that happen.
