Recording is still fuzzy even at max settings.

I'm trying to record Men of War: Assault Squad 2 gameplay but the .mp4 file is 'slightly' fuzzy. The preview looks perfect in contras to the final result. Note that I'm upscaling 1080 resolution gameplay to 4k and my Gpu usage is very high. Log File
 
Don't upscale to 4k. Any rescaling makes the image fuzzy. Use the game resolution as output resolution.
