Question / Help Recording Is Still And Fuzzy

So I Tried To Use OBS To Record Me playing cs:go and the recording freezes (the audio is still going) and its also fuzzy, Is It My Settings? ALSO is it because i manually rename the file from flv to mp4? Thanks In Advance!
