I have been trying to record on OBS with NVENC x264 and CBR on 30K bitrate, the file format i use is mp4 and the color format is 709 or something like that
for whatever reason when i record like this my recording ends up really light, as i have black bars on mine and it makes a big difference (gyazo attatched)
any solutions?

(the black parts on the side are the border of films/tv app which is what i use to open the video, it is still over-exposed when i open in anything else too
