Question / Help Recording is laggy

Hey! I wanted to record a game, but when I was done I saw that the recording is very laggy while the game was running at 120 fps. I used many diffrent settings which I found and I also reinstalled OBS Studio, but nothing helped... I hope someone can maybe help me... (btw. sorry if my English is bad, im German). Change your settings->output to be as follows (in this order):
Output mode: Simple
Recording quality: Indistinguishable
Recording format: FLV
Recording encoder: Software low cpu use

Thanks, the quality is pretty good and it's not lagging anymore but some colors are pale and I also can't change the recording folder :/

Change your color space and color range in the advanced settings to 709 (color space) and full (color range).

And there's nothing stopping you from changing the recording folder in settings -> output.
