Recording is laggy when live streaming, but is smooth if I just record normally.

Hey, I am having a major recording playback lag issue that occurs only when live streaming. I have gotten the video to look and run good enough. I am rescaling to 1440 so youtube will get the better codec. I even tested uploading a recording to youtube with my settings and loved how it looked. Issue is that the recording is super laggy only when I am live streaming at the same time. I really dont want to change my settings as the quality is really good for such a small filesize. I am uploading a log file. OBS has 2 logs that are during the time of me both recording and streaming. I am uploading the first one. I am really lost on why the recording is so laggy. The livestream looks good, but Id prefer to have a higher quality replay of the stream available for upload

maybe my last log file was incorrect. I dont know what im doing lol. here is a quick little test I just did. its seeming like the rescale to 1440 may be causing issues. Id really like to keep this setting specifically as it improves the quality when uploaded to youtube. lmk if this log is still wrong
