I have recorded before and it was way smother than what it is right now. I dont know what to do.

Its aids, all I see is 1 frame in the finished clip and the rest of the video is the same frame

Log doesn't show a recording attempt and is incomplete (x264 preset is also missing I think). Apart from that...

This will answer your question regardless. This is a laptop apparently and isn't designed for CPU intensive tasks like OBS. The best you can do is reduce to 30 FPS and change the x264 preset to ultrafast.
