Question / Help Recording is far better then stream

When I record it is pretty much flawless I set all my settings to recommend but my stream is chopy and laggy no frame drop or anything I have upload of 10 mbs do I need to up it? what cause I do to fix my issue? I'm trying to stream to Facebook

Facebook allows a maximum of 720p30 at 2500kbps, for "unpartnered/unverified" streams. Going above that seems to give playback issues for many people.

Bitrate: 2500 max

Though technically facebook should be able to take whatever you throw at it.
Facebook just generally has bad image quality.
