Question / Help Recording is choppy? Confused as to why...

So I've been starting a YouTube channel recently, and I wanted to record The Witcher (the first one)..
As I go to watch the video after recording to edit and make sure everything worked I watched it and the video was SUPER choppy, like probably 5 fps if that. I'm confused as to why, because my computer is good enough to record games, especially if they came out 11 years ago. I can record CS:GO games such as that where the graphics and game are way more intensive...
I'm just confused, like is it my settings that make it choppy or is my computer genuinely not good enough to record the original witcher with a AMD Ryzen 5 and Radeon RX 460 Graphics card...
Any help will be appreciated!
(Also, I have the recording still , so if I need to I can have it for reference as well)

Windows is out of date and Game Mode (separate from Game DVR) is on. This feature is on by default in your version of Windows and cannot be switched off. This mode diverts GPU resources to games and reduces OBS performance. You need to run the October 2018 update, turn off Game Mode, then run another session and capture another log. You should also capture a log after running a recording or streaming session where you experience your problem; this log has no such session and so there is no performance data to analyze.
