So recently I been using OBS and it was crystal clear after watching a YouTube video, so then I closed it and later on I reopen the OBS and it became blurry and pixelated. I watched YouTube video and it still doesn't do a thing at all. I also added Sharpen, it does help and bit. Even I put 1920x1080 both in Base and Output. Here is my log: https://obsproject.com/logs/r3KNN-l5BtWwcsKm

1. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. Change your framerate to 60.
3. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Scene).
