Recording is blurry and pixelated

Hello. I tried many things: higher bitrate, losless rate control, higher and lower output and scale resolution and other video encoder. Nothing worked. That post my last hope. I am sending my settings and logs here:

Your log file needs to be from a stream or recording session
This has an auto-config wizard session Also, run as Admin and disable Game DVR

Settings - output
Output mode at the top should be set to simple
Recording quality then set to indistinguishable
Recording encoder to nvenc h264
Recording format to matroska (mkv)
