When I look at the newly recorded video's properties, it says it is 48fps, but I recorded it at 60fps (While recording it was always at 60fps, no drops). It affects all kinds of recordings, from games to simple desktop capture. But only for longer recordings, 5-15sec recording shows as 60fps, but around 35-> it shows it as 47-48fps recording.
This may no seem biggie, but it has huge problems with Premiere Pro. The Audio is off-sync and I have to run the recording throught Handbrake at constant framerate setting to fix it.
I am using the latest AMD AMF Plugin (v. 1.3.3.1) to record. And OBS Studio 0.16.2.
Any way to fix this?
