Hi!

because of power outage my recording was interrupted!

my recording left a 1.3 gig flv file.
the file is playing but I am not able to slide the time frame of the video.
When i slide forward in time it slides back to the beginning.

I tried converting this FLV to handbrake but the file is displaying a Estimated completion time of 25000+ hours. lol

may i know how i can still use this FLV ?

thank you in advance!

Did you try to remux the file with OBS? File->Remux Recordings. The function wants to try to remux to *.mp4, but just enter a different file name with flv extension to create a new flv file. Or simply remux to mp4 and use the mp4. The resulting file will be a repaired container.

koala please help me.....

When I recorded my screen for making a crush course unfortunately electricity has gone. When the electricity came I check if my record has been saved or not. I saw that the file was saved but the file isn't running. After 2/3 seconds of loading, it stopped. It was .mp4 format and my os is arch Linux. Is there any way to back my video?

If the file was recorded straight to mp4, then it is lost.
