I just installed OBS Studio yesterday and, while testing, had two in game frame spikes within maybe three seconds of each other. They're not prolonged or terribly debilitating, but in game this small spike could easily get me killed. I'd like, at the very least, to have an idea of what causes this; at best, a solution.

My frames drop at about the two minute mark, ignore my friends' voices.
My computer should be able to handle recording any game I play pretty easily, so I'm wondering if it's more of an OBS issue.
If anyone has an idea of what might be causing this, I'd appreciate your help.
Specs:
Windows 10
i7
Nvidia 980
16GB RAM
Settings:
Encoder - NVENC
Bitrate - 3200
