Question / Help Recording in 1080 but it comes out looking like crap

I will post screenshots of my settings and what the output was like but i was remote access my pc at home for the screenshot so its not quite as bad as it looks but it is bad
This is my first time using obs so im not sure why its doing this. is there a way to fix it?
i dont think a log file would do much but let me know if it would be useful here

Change your output mode in settings - output to simple
Then:
Recording quality: Indistinguishable
Recording format: FLV
Recording encoder: Software (x264, low cpu usage preset, increased file size)
