Recording - how to configure to easily switch from 1080 to 4k when needed

Hello. I'm a pretty basic user here, I just use OBS to record shows/movies off of streaming services. The software works great, and I have it setup for 4k after reading some other posts about initial configs.

My question/needs are - Based on what I am recording - a general TV series episode or a high special effects movie, I record at a standard 1080P or 4k (Obviously 4k takes up a chunk more space and if I am recording a TV series from the 60's or 70's - pre 4k, the higher res won't matter). Is there an easy way to setup for both needs, and maybe by using different Scenes or some other feature easily select whether I want 1080 or 4k recording versus my having to go into Settings every time I want to change based on my needs?

Thanks in advance.

TV series and movies are copyright protected and we can't help you with that. You should contact the service you want to record from or the copyright owners to get permission from them first and then they will gladly tell how to accomplish what you want to do.
