Recording has no sound, no instructions

I installed OBS, IShowU, and VLC. I recorded a youtube video. I played it back in VLC. It has no sound.

I can find no clear instructions, demo, or tutorial on the steps for a Mac to use OBS, IShowU, and VLC to record and play back a youtube video. Does anybody know where such instructions might exist?
