Recording gameplay above 60 fps

Yello!

I am new to OBS and recording my gameplays in general.

I've tested with a game that I play, but I noticed the result was very different like it was laggy or on lower fps/refresh rate.

Is there something I can do to make it better or it just comes down to my computer performance?
