Question / Help Recording freezes

Hello,
When I try to record game I have problem that after few moments my recording freezes. Sound is recorded properly, but I end up with 30 mins of recording that is basicly "screenshot" with audio (except few moments on beginning). Few moments it is alright, but after some time picture freezes. Can anyone please help me with this?. My settings

The exact same thing is happening to me. I assume it's bad framerate, but there is a lack of stuff you can change in the video settings to fix it.

I have GTX 970 and i7 4790K. I don't think that in CS i have bad fps. :(
