I am not quite sure how to adjust my setup correctly.
I am recording talking head videos for youtube.
I am recording with a Sony A7SIII via Camlink to OBS on my Macbook.
Normally, I should record in 25FPS on camera because it looks more natural.
But when I set OBS to 25fps (and the camera to 25fps), the recording looks jittery and not right.
When I set the camera to 100fps and record in 60fps in OBS, it looks smooth but not as cinematic.
What happens if I set the camera to 25fps and OBS to 60fps? Does that make sense?
Does OBS convert the incoming 25fps to 60fps (which wouldnt work correctly) or is the recording in OBS independent from the camera settings (and are the camera settings only relevant for camera internal recordings)?
