Question / Help Recording format - multi audio track

I'm really loving OBS MP it's providing many advantages that I've been wanting, specifically multi audio tracks. Now the issue i'm having is when I record a video with 3+ audio tracks and then play it though a standard program it only gives me 1 audio track, I have to dump it in to sony vegas to get all audio tracks and then render it to be able to listen to all the tracks in any program. The problem is rendering a 1080P 60 fps 30+ minute video in vegas takes upwards of 2 hours.

Is there a format or some secret that will let me just record the video and be able to listen to it in any program and then upload it straight to youtube with out having to render it though vegas first?

What standard programs? MPC-HC and VLC for example show the multiple tracks. You can't really upload a multi-track file to youtube. You have to make sure that the track you want on youtube is always the first track. Either that or remux the file and segment the audio tracks.

Windows players just to test sounds. Really all I want to be able to do is just record it and then upload it right to youtube with out having to render a 2+ hour video. Not sure if it's possible or not.

Sorry to clog up the forums if this is common knowledge stuff, I don't know a whole lot about multi tracks and formats.

You don't have to use vegas to fix the video. Use FFmpeg -- has all the tools you need for video file conversion stuff, without re-encoding any data.

As I said, just make sure that the audio you want to go on youtube is on the first track, and then I'm pretty sure that youtube will use that track.

I put a pre-mixed Audio Source (using Voicemeeter Banana) on Track 1, then the individual sources on separate tracks (Feature request: More Audio Streams ! :) ). That way it plays nicely in a media player, but allows me the flexibility I like when editing.
