Bug Report Recording error

No Matter What I do i Cant record on OBS Studio. I can Stream Just Fine to Twitch but when i hit record it ether gives me error "an unspecified error occurred while recording" or its starts recording and when i hit stop it stays on stopping recording till i close the program.

Hopefully someone is able to post a good resolution to this as I am having the same troubles. Just recently installed OBS Studio (8/5/2016) and was excited about it's features, however after adding a Source and clicking the "Start Recording" button, I get the same pop up error message, "An unspecified error occurred while recording". Attached are my log files if it helps to figure out what is the issue for other users.
