in all my obs recordings, whenever I record a game nothing happens while im recording. when i check the finished video, it's just stuttering and stuttering at like 5fps even though my games are running at 60fps+ no matter what game. I've changed my bitrate, reinstalled obs, changed my encoder, my quality, resolution, and more but nothing has fixed it and this is getting really annoying. can anyone help?
