Bug Report Recording doesn't use stream settings

Hi.
I want to check cuple stream settings (bitrate/fprs ect.) but quality for all videos look's same.
first record i set up like for stream 3500 bitrate 60fps, for a sample
second same settings but 4000 bitrate and looks same
for sure i set up bitrater to 14 000 and doesn't change nothing (file size, quality)

In the log you showed, it's using the stream encoder at 3500 bitrate for all the recordings there. Did you maybe upload the wrong log? Try getting a clean log.

To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

Ok. Problem its in "testing" profile. This is very old profiles and bugs with program updates, when i make new on everything works fine.

Updates blocks profiles, on default settings for chosen encoder. I think
