Recording does not stop and cuts off big chunk of video end!

Hi everyone

I am really annoyed because in the past few days I have wasted hours and hours of my time with videos that are ruined by OBS. The videos I am recording are about 45min long. And when I am done I hit "stop rcording" and then it just shows "stoping recording" and stays there and the count keeps going. I have to press it again and then it stops. And once I go to the video in the folder and open it, they all have like 10 minutes cut off from the ends and I have to just get rid of all of them.

I was trying to just shut down and restart OBS between every video algo and it is not working. Usually the first video if the day works and when I press "stop recording" it takes like 3 seconds and stops and the file is saved correctly. But after the first video of the day everything after is screwed up like this.

Any thoughts or help?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
