Question / Help Recording CS:GO. What settings for best quality

Hi,
I'm new to obs.
What settings would be right for highest quality I can get from cs:go.
My Specs:
Intel i5-6200U
Nvidia Geforce 940mx
8GB Ram
It is a laptop (Lenovo IdeaPad)

Any help much appreciated.
