I am about to record a conference (no streaming needed). It is the first time, so I have one question.
The presenters will use the conference room laptop to display their slides. I want to use just one static camera which will capture the audio using an external mic. The idea is to use OBS recording both the speaker with the camcorder plus the slides s/he based the presentation on.
My concern is how to connect OBS to the projector used by the presenters. As you can imagine, this is a pretty simple project with a little budget (we are a social organisation). So far, I have seen that I need a video capture here, but these devices are out of our budget. Do you have any idea about cost-effective solution?
